This row house located on Capitol Hill is 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, plus one studio basement, and is one block away from the Blue and Orange lines at the Potomac Ave. metro station. There is also a brand new grocery store located less than a block from the house.

The house is fully furnished. Linens and towels can also be provided.

The studio basement can be rented out privately or with a group. It has its own bathroom, kitchen, and private entrance.

The house can accommodate up to 8 people. Please contact me for the rates of each bedroom. Utilities are not included and they usually run about $109/person-- which includes gas, electric, AC, water, trash, cable, phone, and wireless internet. A washer and dryer are also included in the house.

The deposit may be equal up to the first month's rent. There is an application process, so please check out the application process page for further details.
